Kislotoupor took part in the International Mining Forum MINEX EUROPE 2020. The event promotes the implementation of innovative technologies and investment opportunities in the European mining industry. The topic of mining in Central and Eastern Europe has been highlighted on 3th June.
During the event, issues such as trends in the mining industry, the potential for exploration and production of mineral resources in Central and Eastern Europe, alternative ways of financing the mining industry in modern conditions were discussed.
Discussions of specialists at the forum have repeatedly been built around the key problems of the European mining industry caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. One of them recognized the problem of violation of the export-import supply chain of raw materials.
“Ukraine has a favorable territorial position for the European market, while it is rich in mineral resources and labor resources. This gives potential for the development of mining and processing industries, including on critical raw materials for Europe. Business in Ukraine is beneficial to potential investors not only in terms of strategic development, but also financially attractive” – commented Stanislav Lytvyniuk, Deputy Development Director of Kislotupor.
